Our program is led by Tammy Fisher, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in helping individuals achieve lasting results. She tailors every plan to meet your specific needs, addressing not only the physical aspects of weight loss but also the emotional and behavioral challenges that often accompany this journey.

Your nurse practitioner will gather a detailed medical history and develop a strategy utilizing a root-cause approach to help you improve your health and successfully lose weight, balance your hormones, combat insomnia, anxiety and even depression if indicated. She believes that successful medical weight loss and health optimization is reliant upon a multi-pronged approach.

In most cases we do require specific lab work to help us have a more detailed understanding of your health. This is a critical step which will enable us to construct a safe and effective individualized plan.

Monthly check in: We want you to succeed! Monthly check-ins are required and included in order to monitor your progress and to help you succeed. Along the way, should you have any questions or concerns we are here to help via secure text or phone call.

This comprehensive consultation will help to facilitate the plan that is best for your individual needs and wishes.
